Hello. I have an iphone 6. This call up has locked Maine dead. On the screen theres a text stating: "iphone disabled touch base to itunes". It must have latched itself in my pocket or something. When I try to connect the call to itunes via the cord, an error code shows improving ("itunes could not connect to this iphone an unknown error ocurred 0XE8000015"). After further inquiry I have discovered that you need to have your electronic computer trusted with the phone for this to act upon. I have connected the phone to the computer before. However everytime I on-line them jointly, the "trust this device message popped up". I sentiment it was mean that this popped up everytime you siamese it to the computer. I have later discovered that this is not how it it supposed to be. So now I can not tie my locked phone to itunes either.

I really wanna rescue my photos and videos.

I have looked at other options, like 3rd party software such every bit dr fones "screen unlock" and phonerescue. I don´t make love if this is legit though.

Does anyone know any software that works and doesnt scam you connected your money? Whatever computer software that does not involve that your electronic computer is trustworthy?

Or any solution to this?

The pick up is that I dont call up if I have connected IT to itunes. When I check under report information along Itunes it states that the unit(my phone) is connected to this apple ID. But I infer this does not mean value that it has been connected to the phone. When I prove to connect the phone to itunes via the corduroy, an error code shows ahead ("itunes could not tie in to this iphone an unknown fault ocurred 0XE8000015").
